Equity suit seeks sale of Colt Estate property in Superior Court
Industrial National Bank trustees of the Colt Estate filed an equity suit Monday to compel sale of Colt Estate property. An August agreement set the sale price at 400000 to Studley Land Co of Providence. The Planning Board discussed zoning, map updates, and four proposed studies totaling about 2000 to finance.
