District Court Delays John Davis vs Frank Crookford Case
District Court proceedings before Judge Bosworth yielded no criminal or civil rulings. The case of John Davis versus Frank Crookford was continued after Crockford and counsel failed to appear, with the prosecutor noting a prior agreement to postpone for one week. Bondsman John McElvogue cited Attorney Cooney’s Superior Court obligations as reason for the absence. The case was moved to next week.
