Faiths Join In Urging Brotherhood Forum at Bristol Women’s Club
Three clerics from Catholic, Judaism, and Protestant traditions urged respect for other faiths and national origins at a Brotherhood Week forum in Colt Memorial Auditorium. They called for education to reduce sectarianism and for religion to unite rather than divide, stressing love and charity as the base for brotherhood. A later notice says William J. Lynch of the Knights of Columbus will address a meeting at the KOC home on State Street with refreshments served.
