DeFelice In Serious Condition After Warren Car Crash

Frank DeFelice 30 of 2 Chilton Street among four Bristol men injured in a Warren crash. He is in very serious condition at Rhode Island Hospital. others including Manuel Medeiros and Anthony Valerio face injuries. Police say a truck driven by Manuel Fontes caused the collision on Market Street.

Virginia Brightman Nominated D A R Pilgrim Girl

Colt Memorial high school senior Virginia Brightman of Bristol Rhode Island has been named the D A R Pilgrim Girl for the state. She will compete with 18 Rhode Island high school girls for the honor of representing Rhode Island at the Continental Congress in Washington on April 17. Brightman is the daughter of Mr and Mrs Raymond Brightman and was selected by a vote of the senior class and Colt faculty for outstanding leadership service and patriotism.
