North Farm project wins approval after months of talks
The Bristol Town Council approved Rhode Island Land Co. RILCOs 500 unit North Farm apartments on 81 acres with 22 conditions and 16 million funding. Sewage plans offered three options including Bristol sewer tie in with a 150000 credit.
