Memorial Minute for Herbert F Bennett at Bristol YMCA
At the February 12 1908 meeting of the Bristol YMCA Board of Managers a minute on the death of Herbert Franklin Bennett was unanimously adopted. Bennett served long on the board, helped build the association home, and was vice president 1899 to 1905. The tribute praises his character as a citizen, soldier, businessman, Christian, and family head, and expresses deep sympathy to his family while noting the difficulty of filling his absence. The secretary is to send a copy of the minute to the Bennett family. Wallis E Howe J Winthrop DeWolf Jo Farrally RKE Lewis Gen’s Sec Bert Barber. Elton Wise8ays.
