Snow and ice removal on Hope Street between Bradford and State Streets will start Sunday at 8 a.m. Traffic will be halted with Police guiding and blocking the area. Caesar Brito and Son won the bid to perform the work using town trucks and will dump the snow at the harbor foot of State Street.
