Elks Scholarship Applications Now Available

The Elks National Foundation offers 130000 in scholarships this year for outstanding high school and college students. Open to graduates from high or preparatory schools and undergraduates except seniors, citizens may file by March 1. Forms available in local high school guidance offices. Awards split 65000 for boys and 65000 for girls. Applications judged on merit, citizenship, leadership, perseverance, resourcefulness, patriotism, and need.
