No parcel over 5 pounds or exceeding 15 inches in length or 36 inches in length and girth combined will be accepted. One such parcel per week per addressee is allowed by mailers, while Army overseas shipments remain subject to earlier rules. V Mail is encouraged to save space and cargo for war needs.
