Salesmen Entertained Here by National India Rubber Co
Nearly 400 managers and salesmen from the U S Rubber Co visited the National India Rubber Company plant. Two groups traveled by special train from Providence, toured the factory with guides, received badges and notebooks, and were hosted to luncheon and a concert. Officials including Homer Sawyer and Raymond B. Price addressed the gathering in a decorated convention hall with hundreds of footwear samples on display.
