At a Bristol semi monthly meeting the town treasurer reported that 1500 shares of Bristol and Warren Water Works stock valued at $150,000 were received from the Colt will. The stock funds two legacies for the town and Smith Street encroachments were debated with a Jan 2 1923 removal deadline.
