Barboza Found Probably Guilty In District Court
James G Barboza 23 of 34 Croade Street Warren was found probably guilty in District Court for driving to endanger causing a death. Judge James B Linehan bound him over to the Grand Jury for March and set bail at 1000 dollars. Barboza remains jailed on Bristol County civil-writ detention with damages 15000 dollars filed by Mrs Medeiros.
