Bristol Train of Artillery Opens Annual Fair
The Bristol Train of Artillery will inaugurate its Annual Fair in the Armory on State Street tomorrow evening. Military night features delegates from Providence Warren Newport Kentish Guards and other state artillery groups. A street parade precedes each evening of the fair with dancing and music by the Crown Orchestra. A diamond pendant is awarded to the top seller of combination tickets and a U.S. army officer sabre is given for the most popular officer. Many other prizes are promised and the event aims to please.
