Bristol mental health group to form regional clinic

The Bristol Mental Health Commission plans a Bristol County regional clinic serving Bristol Warren and Barrington. No fines waived for overdue Rogers Free Library return week

Rogers Free Library will not collect fines on books returned during the first week in September. Library Director Ned Comstock said it doesn't matter how long they've been gone and they will be glad to see them back without demanding any fines.
