Rhode Island Yacht Club Regatta Highlights Potters Cove
The Rhode Island Yacht Club held its eighteenth open regatta at Potters Cove after a one week postponement due to heavy seas. Little Rhody skippered by C F Tilling Hast led the 30 foot sloop and yawl class to beat Priscilla by about twelve seconds, while Neon from Herreshoff Bros. dominated the launch class ahead of Ragina which failed to complete the course on the second loop.
