Council orders DPW to pay Paiva

Two Bristol boats explode after fuel fire injures four
Edmond DuPuis of Pawtucket and three children were aboard a 28 foot bass boat when a fuel tank fire caused an explosion in Kirkemuit River. DuPuis and three youngsters suffered burns and were taken to RI Hospital. A nearby cabin cruiser also caught fire briefly before sinking in Potter's Cove Prudence Island. Coast Guard rescued owner and two companions from the Jelly Bean and later recovered the sinking vessel’s remains.
