Reinstated: School Committee Reverses Abolition of Principal Post
The School Committee, in a closed session Tuesday night, voted unanimously to reinstate Miss Mary V Scanlon as administrative principal for the 1963 1964 school year. The move reverses a July 23 decision that had abolished the post and angered two committee members while Town Solicitor Berretto found no legal fault in the prior action.
