Turkey thieves captured at gunpoint on Ferrycliffe Farm
Wayne Smith a 15 year old son of Mr and Mrs Lean Smith trapped a man and a woman attempting a turkey raid at Ferrycliffe Farm at 1045 o'clock last night. The couple Mrs Mary Silvia 48 of High and Bradford streets and Frank Victoria 59 of 171 Wood Street were turned over to police and jailed pending charges. Wayne armed with a 22 caliber rifle surprised the intruders after they had packed three prize birds and were fleeing toward the road.
