The Bristol Tax Book prints next week. real estate up $373,900 to $4,594,500 and personal property down $37,800 to $1,247,300. Total property assessed rises to $5,841,800 from $5,505,700. Tax rate set at 8.16 per $100, yielding $3,348.19 more tax this year. last year’s tax was $1.17 and the year before $1.28. A long list of taxed individuals and corporations follows.
The Panenix office now uses updated machinery to print and consecutively number tickets for raffles fairs and similar events enhancing efficiency and accuracy in admission and prize processes.
