Scandinavian visitors participate in Bristol wrestling exhibition
A 20-man Swedish delegation led by Dr. Per Strombach visited Bristol High School for a goodwill wrestling match. The event showcased Scandinavian culture with songs by weightlifting champion Harry Dahlgren. Victors in the 10 bout program included David Amato and Stu Horowitz. Greg Gamon drew with his NCAA competitor. Dr. Strombach praised hospitality and invited a Bristol squad to Sweden.
