In a session before Judge Frank H. Hammill four cases of motor vehicle law infringement were heard. Domenico Fasana and Antonio Palumbo pleaded guilty to speeding and license expiry respectively, both fined ten dollars plus costs. Jack Puya’s case was dropped with costs. Wallace Case was fined twenty five dollars and costs for failing to slow at an intersection after an accident. Cases against Mary Alves and Manuel Mello were discontinued upon costs. McGuigan v Gibble continued one week. Alexander Hamilton Institute v Murdock answered and delayed two weeks.
