Colt Memorial Ambulance Fund Drive Starts Next Week
Bristol residents are urged to support the Colt Memorial Ambulance Fund drive beginning next week. The fund supports the town’s free ambulance service, now operated by the Bristol Fire Department Rescue Squad, which handles about 500 yearly trips. A new Cadillac Superior ambulance at $15,000 has strained funds, and letters will request contributions to sustain this historic town service.
