Bristol Town Council Dismisses Patrolman Crowley 3-2 Vote
Following a lengthy hearing, Bristol Town Council voted 3 to 2 to dismiss Patrolman Delwyn P Crowley from the permanent police force. The decision, amid testimony from Police Chief Kavanaugh and council members, cited failure to patrol duties and other charges as the basis for dismissal. New officers William Serbst and William Baker Jr were sworn into the force afterward.
