Town Renewing Beach Lease Near Mount Hope Bay
Town can renew its lease on the community beach on the west shore of Mount Hope Bay. Judge Edward L. Leahy approved the renewal sought by Town Solicitor Joseph A. Hammill. The $300 annual lease has served local bathers who favor the site though some deem it distant from the town center.
