Jail Breaker Captured After Bristol County Jail Escape
Raymond Corbin, 23, escaped Bristol County Jail with two accomplices after a bar was sawed and gum used to hold it. State police chased him through Swansea and Newport area, catching him after a 200 yard pursuit. he was re jailed as authorities investigate who sawed the bar and how the escape was timed.

Colt Memorial lost its first league game 4 3 to Sacred Heart in the bottom of the ninth at Central Falls Stadium. A wild ninth inning error doomed Lou Massano as Sacred Heart scored three runs with two outs. Colt will play De La Salle at Guiteras Field this afternoon at 3 15 seeking to even its record.
