Pastore and Chafee Speak at Blount Marine 100th Launch
Rhode Island officials Sen John O Pastore and Gov John H Chafee will attend the 100th Blount Marine launch a 65 ft ferry New Boston. Mrs Adrian Millar will christen the vessel with master of ceremonies Luther E Blount introducing guests and Rev Jerry Fix blessing the ceremony. Public viewing and refreshments follow the 1 pm event.
