School Committee Grants Leaves and Sets Budget
The School Committee met in regular session with President W R Trotter and Superintendent J P Reynolds presiding. They approved a one month leave for Miss Grace O Paull due to illness and engaged Miss Sturdy. The annual apportionment was set at 25 225 with salaries 16 150 and 5 000 for school houses. Repairs to old typewriters and a proposed tuition fee for non residents were discussed. An address on Insect Pests by Prof A E Steene may be secured.
