Anglican Trap with Russia and Californian trade growth
Our minister to Russia reports rising settlements and Pacific trade bring us into contact with Russian possessions on the Armour river and Asiatic coast. Armour river trade reaches about 30 million dollars yearly and grows. Armourican ships at Cronstadt outpace most nations except Britain amid direct cotton shipments from Charleston and New Orleans. Cotton manufactures rise near Moscow and loads pass through to rail. In U.S. Circuit Court Judge McLean holds Hillsborough and Cincinnati Railway cannot issue stock below par and a stockholder resale remains liable for any depreciation.
