Mr. Lewis B. Butler steward of the Marine Hospital at Staten Island New York died Friday last from a disease contracted in discharge of duties. He was appointed by the late Dr A Sidney and survived that gentleman only briefly. He was respected and beloved and leaves a bereaved family and many friends. He was 46 years old.
