Published every Saturday by W. H. Bayley proprietor. Rates two dollars per annum to start, two dollars at year end or twenty five dollars yearly with ads. Single papers six cents. Advertisements one dollar per square for three weeks and twenty cents per extra insertion. Yearly advertisers ten dollars. Security for five subscribers earns a free sixth paper.
