Brimfield Baptist Church Notes 50th Anniversary Celebration
Brimfield Baptist Church marked its semi centennial Friday through Sunday May 25 27 with a program in the church though weather delayed carpentry on a planned improvement. Fifty years ago the church formed in a log house southeast of Brimfield led by 23 pastors. Officers and families helped the community, with Stella Martin winning a Bible prize for $7.50 and eggs totaling 1700 later donated. Rev W H Dickman preached on American nation and relations. The church notes progress to improve the edifice and vows continued service.
