Athletic Banquet Honors Students at High School
The athletic banquet honoring students in major sports at the high school will be held at the high school. Fire Chief Injured In Farm Fire Near Edwards
Murray Miller, fire chief, sustained serious injuries while battling a farmhouse blaze at Keefer farm near Edwards. A floor gave way as he entered the structure and a window shattered, injuring his arm. He was rushed to St Francia Hospital for treatment. The Keefer family were away at the time. investigators suspect the fire started in the attic and spread from a good start.
