Mra Bunter Jacina to teach at French Grove school next year. Lucille Peve weekend with Mr and Mrs Carl Peve and visited Mra Grace Dorsey and Toulon. A week of calls includes Mrs Moble Day daughter Leona, Mrs Fairy Garter and Mr Gertrude Carter at A. R. Moore home. Corneline Kemp and David of New Jersey dined with Mr and Mrs F. M. Oakes, then at HL Lee Reed home. 8. A. Kellogg and family drove to Wheaton College graduation of Rebuh Kerogg, one of 200 grads. The Kelloggs enjoyed supper with sister Miss Gertrude Kellogg and many relatives. Special note this year was dedication of new physical education building at concert of combined glee clubs with 2400 in attendance. On return trip Tuesday, Robdah and Gertrude joined a Morton Arboretum visit.

USO Drive In Millbrook Campaign To Raise Funds

The U S O committees for Mill brook township will conduct a drive to raise funds and call at every home during the week June 29 through July 4. The U S O. supports Soldiers and Sailors with religious services counseling educational and cultural programs in camps. Six agencies participate: YMCA, National Catholic Community Service, Salvation Army, YWCA, Jewish Welfare Board and National Travelers Aid.
