Mrs. Geo A Purcell Dies After Illness At Brokaw
Mrs. Geo A Purcell 60 of 1018 Broadway Normal died at 2 15 Saturday morning at Brokaw hospital from septic poisoning after a week long illness. Born July 11 1864 in Brimfield she lived in Peoria and Bloomington before moving to Normal in 1926. Survived by her husband, daughter Ora E Purcell, her Peoria mother, five siblings and other relatives. Funeral 2 PM Saturday at First Baptist Bloomington conducted by Rev Charles Durden with burial at Bloomington Beautiful cemetery.
