Holland Learned, Maxine Lyons, and Anna Lyons Peoria callers Saturday. Angus Moore's attend Memorial services in Elmwood Wednesday. Neighborhood saddened by death of beloved friend and mail carrier Ray E Burt.
Primrose 4234 Belgian will race this season at the time of owner Chalmer Catton two miles north of Brimfield. Primrose is described as a fine horse and prospective observer may see him.
Major Karnak a three year old Belgian stallion weighing 1800 pounds will be found at R. W. Blundy's farm during the season. Terms are 1200 dollars for the colt nine days old.
Royal Wynne, a ten draft horse valued at 18933, will be found during the season at the barn of T F Maher. A live colt is offered for 12 dollars. The Steenburg Banking Co of Farmington is erecting a handsome new bank building. Corn is growing nicely and farmers are busy putting up alfalfa this week.
