Commissioners Rule Against Brimfield High Objectors
At a Peoria hearing last week the Brimfield High objectors lost unanimously to the commission. The panel of R. H. Lovett, L. J. Gallas, and J. A. Hayes found against E. E. Harding for the objectors and Ira Covey for the school, deciding that detaching territory would destroy the school. Blair had referred the matter to the board, who then held it their duty to decide first before any appeal.
