Illuminated Cross special meetings draw growing interest
Weeklong church series closes with Sunday service. Despite sparse weekday crowds, nightly attendance grew and Sunday evening’s performance of The Illuminated Cross drew praise. Topics include The Touch of the Master's Hand and The Light of the World pantomime by seven girls with mixed quartet and choirs. The schedule lists services, music, and Women and Young People nights, with reminders for Sunday school at 10am and morning service at 11am.

George Kruger Dies at Camp Grove in Brimfield Area
George Kruger well known locally died at his home in Camp Grove on Monday. Funeral service will be held at his residence at 11 a.m. today Thursday, with burial in Brimfield cemetery. He was about fifty, a brother-in-law of John Kingdon, and formerly lived nearby. He was married here to Miss Susie Kingdon.

Teachers' Examination Dates For March 1921
Hayes Co Supt of Schools announces the next teachers examination will be held Thursday and Friday March 17 and 18 1921. The test covers high school supervisory kindergarten primary and special certificates plus first and second grade elementary. To qualify for a second grade certificate after July 1 1921 a four year high school diploma is required.
