He will undergo weeks of conditioning and learn naval procedures and teamwork. He will take attitude tests to help assign him to suitable work. After recruit training he will receive a nine day leave and likely go home.

French Grove Jease Peve and Lucille spent an evening with his son Carl Peve. Giles Martzias returns from the hospital last Friday and enjoys callers. Guests included Mrs Lucille Caief, Bertha and Mary Lou Carter, Vilas Cady, Judy and David Pursell. Hosts served refreshments.
