Death of Harry Culbertson in Brimfield Prompted Inquest

The Brimfield community mourns Harry Culbertson born April 11, 1912 who was found dead near the roadway near the cemetery. A coroner's inquest found death resulted from a skull fracture after being struck by an automobile between 6:00 pm January 30 and 7:30 am January 31, 1933. the driver was unnamed and no attempt to stop was made. Funeral services are set for Friday at 2:00 pm at the Methodist Church.

Former Resident Dies in Washington

Adelia M Child 79 died at her son Thad E Child’s Tacoma home January 24 1933. Born October 11 1853 in Brimfield Illinois she married Daniel B Child February 4 1877 in Minburn Iowa. She lived in Olympia after moving to Washington in 1905 and was widowed in 1907. Survived by son Thad Ellis Child and brothers John C Ellis and George W Ellis. Memorial services were in Olympia January 26 with burial in I O O F cemetery there.
