Nora E. Blundy born Nora McCarty in Brimfield in 1880 died after surgery at St Francis hospital Peoria on December 5. She married George E. Blundy in 1906 and left a husband and son at 517 Sherman Avenue Peoria. Bernard Prentice, longtime machinist, died December 11 at Lake Breeze Sanatorium Waukegan after a life caring for family. He leaves a mother and three sisters, with funeral services at St Josephs church and burial in Calvary cemetery.
