Notice of an April village election in Brimfield Peoria County Illinois for three trustees and one clerk. Polls open 7 a m close 5 p m at Brimfield Village Hall. Clerk W B Wurxs signs the notice dated March 88 1908.

Regular teacher certificate exams occur on the third Friday and following Saturday of October January April and July starting at 8:00 a m with a fixed sequence of subjects each session. Exams include Arithmetic A S History Grammar Reading Penmanship Civics Geography Pedagogy Physiology Orthography Botany Zoology and Physics with Illinois Normal school grades accepted in lieu of county exams.
