Local events include extended shop hours Wednesday and Saturday nights. Easter bake goods and chicken orders urged. Modern Woodmen district delegates attend Peoria convention. Jubilee and county bond ballots shown on new page. Arrow Great Western film shows at Community Theatre with Dick Hatton Marilyn Mills and horses Star and Beverly. Mr and Mrs Charles Ekena host birthday dinner with wide local guest list.

Sunday School held at 2 p m and church service at 3 p m with Rev A R Wright in charge. Mrs Wright sang two selections. The clergy Rev Barclay and Rev Wright visited in the community last week.
