The scholars of the Sunday Schools are asked to assemble at the Baptist church Friday afternoon at 4 o clock to rehearse for the upcoming concert. A long pending suit between Hayward and Catton has been settled by compromise with Nayward paying Catton 2500 dollars plus about 50 dollars in costs.
