Kitchen Tea and Birthday at Sunnyside Hall

Appeal for Funds for Defense of Eunice Hornby

An appeal is issued to raise funds for the defense of Eunice Hornby the year old girl charged with shooting her father. The family cannot afford proper legal representation and payments to a prominent solicitor are needed. St John Ambulance Bridgetown Centre to Hold Annual Meeting

The St John Ambulance Association Bridgetown centre will hold its annual meeting in Leaver Hall on July 14. State Secretary Mr Bear will attend to promote wider interest in the association. The centre aims to buy land for a meeting and class rooms and a future cafe benevolent expansion. To fund this, a public appeal will be launched seeking £250. The meeting is open to the public and local organisations are urged to send representatives.
