Henry M. Snell, former state senator and Deep River manufacturer, died yesterday from embolism with acute indigestion. Born 1860 in Taunton Massachusetts, he came from a line of colonial settlers. his grandfather was a pioneer Connecticut cotton manufacturer. Funeral from his Deep River home Wednesday afternoon.
New Brunswick N J Sept 18 Somerset county authorities traced a mysterious phone call believed to have lured Rev Edward H Hall and Mrs James Mills to death Mrs Hall wife of the clergyman admitted to being the mysterious woman seen at her home Friday morning Funeral services for Dr Hall were held today by Bishop Albion W Knight of Trenton Mrs Mills funeral set for tomorrow A possible arrest within 24 hours was rumored but not discussed by County Detective George Totten Beekman said both admitted being at the church between two and three Friday morning but they say they did not see each other A revolver was sought at the Mills home but not found no search yet of the Hall home continuous investigation continues efforts focus on locating the caller and the weapon (Continued on Page Twelve).
