Frame Ordinance Tonight for Trolley Disney Situation
The Committee on Ordinances of the Board of Aldermen will meet in the City Clerk office tonight at 7 30 to frame an ordinance on the trolley disney situation. President Storrs of the Connecticut company and bus association officials are invited. The meeting will be private and after hearing both sides an ordinance will be presented to the Aldermen next Tuesday night. Waterbury’s jitney ban went into effect at midnight and buses stopped running. It is expected Waterbury fleets will arrive here soon to help routes where traffic is short.
