Stone Woman on Trial in Cleveland Murder Case
In Cleveland on June 29 the so called stone woman Mrs Kaber enters the courtroom for a murder case in which she is accused of arsenic poisoning her husband Daniel Kaber and hiring an assassin who stabbed him. The case pits her as either monstrous murderess or victim of a degenerate husband, with jury bias against women jurors discussed by attorney Francis Poulson. Her daughter Marion and grandmother, both jailed nearby, face related charges as the courtroom audience and sensational press follow the so called death family case.
