Bullard Plant Sold Rumor Circulates City Sale Likely To Underwood

Rumor spread that Bullard Machine Tool Company sold its factory at Railroad avenue and Broad street to Underwood Typewriter Company of Hartford. Harry A. The District of New York ordered the New York New Haven Hartford Railroad to separate its trolley properties unlawfully combined. Connecticut Company stock valued at 40 million dollars, held by the New England Navigation Company, was transferred to five Connecticut trustees.
