Philadelphia August 5 federal officers declined to identify the man arrested in connection with the Blakely Coughlin kidnapping. The suspect, described as educated, was captured near Egg Harbor New Jersey after a complex bait with a railroad box. Police say he was linked to letters signed The Crank and a ransom demand of $19 000 with later demands of $10 000.
