Stockholm April 17 Dr Wolf gang Kapp leader of the reactionary revolt in Berlin on March 13 arrested at Seoedertelja yesterday has been in Sweden for a week arriving by air from Germany on April 10. He shaved his moustache after landing but was recognized by a Swedish author familiar with Berlin. He admitted he was the leader of the abortive German revolt. Wanted in Germany for political offense he cannot be surrendered and no demand for his extradition had been received or is expected. On entering Sweden he used a false passport under the name Kantz. Swedish authorities may expel him for violation but could decide where to send him. He is being held in jail here.

Night Watchman Shot. Suspect Captured After Attempted Robbery
The incident at Salts Textile plant occurred last night when night watchman Michael Savino surprised a intruder crouching behind a desk. The assailant, 17 year old William Holleran of 232 Newfield Avenue, shot Savino in the jaw before fleeing. Holleran, employed by Connecticut Electric, was arrested by Detectives Wheeler and Garrity this morning on charges of attempted robbery and assault with intent to kill. Savino, wounded through jaw neck and shoulder, reached a phone and alerted police. he is hospitalized after being taken from the Emergency Hospital.
